Mindfulness Training for Groups
We offer mindfulness training and mindfulness workshops for groups such as mother's groups and sports teams in Sydney. Our workshops can be specifically tailored to suit the needs of your group or club.
Our group workshops are generally broken into two halves. The first half of the workshop will introduce participants to the concept of mindfulness. This includes mindfulness activities such as body scan meditation, sitting meditation, and walking meditation. The second half of class will include short talks on different aspects of mindfulness and discussion on how to apply mindfulness in daily life.

We regularly hold scheduled workshops at our studio or if you have a group such a book club or a men’s group, we can come to you. Workshops generally consist of approximately 15 participants.
